The sequence that we will dive at various locations will very much depend on current conditions and the visibility of different area during the trips. As July tends will be strong south winds therefore the general itinerary for Komodo Liveaboard trips will be around Komodo Marine National Park and North Raja Ampat around Papua, Indonesia.

Komodo is giant lizart, some time people call it giant iguana but commonly called it komodo dragon. Komodo is the name of the island as well. Komodo island and Komodo Marine National Park are the territory of Komodo National Park.
Komodo National Park is between Sumbawa island and Flores island. It is about 200 nautical miles to the east of Bali. The total land of territory is 603km2 and the total of marine territory is 1224km2. This National Park consists of three large island; Komodo island, Rinca island, Padar island and several of small islands. In 1980 the Komodo National Park was established to protect the komodo and its habitats. There are 277 species of animals which is mixture of animals that come from Asia and Australia which of 32 species of mammals, 128 species of birds and 37 species of reptiles. There are at least 25 species of animals including komodo are protected animals. 253 species of reef coral and 1000 species of fish are found in Komdo Marine National Park. Cannibal rock lies here in the marine at the south of Rinca island. The beauty of marine panorama, corals and fishes attract poeple to swim and to dive.
In 1986 the Komodo National Park was accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You can dive in Komodo Marine National Park all seasons but the best diving conditions are from March to October.
